Greetings.

We wish to welcome the refugee nations who have been unjustly kicked out of their home regions by invaders taking advantage of the new game feature.

We would like welcome you to move to one our regions: The Pacific Ocean, Mesopotamia1, Indus River Valley, or even the San Gabriel Valley. Where you may restart your local cultures and even have a regional delegate to represent the will of your regional community.
The founders of these regions are not very active and hence a lot of power will lie with whoever you choose as a delegate.
However, to ensure the protection of those nations who wish to make a life in the regions, the founders will intervene in, but only in, cases of injustice.
You will also be allowed to decide, for internal purposes, who counts as a native and who does not. That will be decided by popular vote of the nations who choose to move to our regions.

Truthfully there are only two regions I would personally consider 100% safe: Lazarus and RR. After all user-created regions can lose their founder due to inactivity.

I always log into my founder nations once a week. They will never die from inactivity unless I am very busy with rl stuff which, as it turns out is rarely. I thought, when I deployed over here to Iraq, I would be too busy. The problem is, our job and location is such that we most kick back most of the time. So we spend almost all of our time online.
But for me it's half the time cause I am sharing my laptop with another soldier until he gets himself a new one which won't be for another month.

So for the next six months, I'm on like everyday and I'm checking my regions everyday.

I have been thinking and I think I already figured out how to use the new system to defeat mass invasions. Even invasions that are reinforced can be defeated with this strategy I thought up.

I think it's almost fool proof but I don't know of any defender groups.

Surely they should come to a UN free region, like the Lesser Antilles, to have full security from the UN invaders.
