What happens if I don't comply to a passed/repealed resolution?

You get attacked with dodgeballs (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=361434).
If you want to try and roleplay noncompliance on the UN forum, your funeral, but you have to be a really good roleplayer for anyone to take you seriously. Most players simply cite loopholes in the resolution text and move to exploit them.
As far as the actual game goes, compliance is automatic, and your nation stats are immediately changed to reflect the UN resolution's force. You can reverse the effect via daily issues.

Okay, thanks. I think that the repeal of the scientific freedom act is stupid.

Repealing a UN resolution doesn't require governments to cease applying the rules concerned on a national basis, if they want to do so, so the question of non-compliance doesn't arise...

I agree it's stupid to repeal scientific freedom. Why not raise a resolution to repeal resolution 153. I'll vote for it:)

I don't think you can repeal a resolution that repealed another one. I think you have to create a new resolution.
I don't think most people were against the principle of scientific freedom. As I understand it, they thought it was poorly written and wanted it repealed for that reason.
