Check out my graphs. My GDP per capita has not grown at all for a while. I have been answering all issues in ways that should help my economy lately, and nothing is happening. Does anybody have any advice or know anything about this?

Improve your economy. It's just "Strong," the stronger it is, the higher your GDP per capita will be. After it reaches Frightening it won't move much - if at all - I've had a Frightening economy and my GDP per capita jumps from $46,600-$44,900 often.

And by the looks of your graph, your economy is growing nicely.

Are you sure? The GDP per capita has not changed in a while.

The fact of the matter is you won't see any dramatic change in your GDP at all. It doesn't move. Based on your civil, political freedoms, and economic ratings it will change very little.

Ok, but my economic rating itself hasnt changed in a while, but is that just because it begins to move slower at higher ranks?

You just need to answer the issues involving the economy and such things. Answer the ones that would improve the economy and your rating will rise.

In addition, I just noticed you have 100% income tax. That alone is a reason why you're not seeing economic growth.

I have been answering issues with options that should be helpful to the economy, that is why I am confused.

Try specific issues proven to have a helpful effect (such as option 3 of "Reclaim the Streets", option 1 of "Suits in Protest", or option 2 of "Put the Phone Down on Cold Callers" for instance), then. Those worked for me with 100% tax, little to no private enterprise, and a 1 billion+ population, so they should work for you as well.

Sometimes the issues just seem to stop working. It happened to me while I had a Powerhouse Economy, eventually it started to take effect and I soon got to Frightening, with 100% taxrate and Private Enterprise is Banned.

That's interesting. Ok, I guess I'll just wait, but in the mean time just do my best to help my economy.

Cool, my economy just changed for the better, not by much, but it gives me hope.
