what if the UN Delegate for your region isnt very active....is there anything that you can do about it besides moving to another region? i'm quite new at this so i'm not too familiar with all the rules and regulations and such but am trying to learn.... thanks for any help or advice....

You can elect a different Delegate by giving someone else in your region more UN endorsements than the current delegate.

good point! i supose nothing can be done! except move region! oh well i supose we just have to sit tight! what region are you in?:confused:
There is another option, find the delegates address go over to their house (it may be expensive) then either tell them to do more or do something bad so they cant get on for 60 days so their nation gets deleted.

The Delegate may just be away for a few days. If he managed to become Delegate of an old, respected region like the Middle East then I would assume he would be active.
