I am new here so i need clarification on a few matters;

Trade;
I have looked at a few store fronts and i am wondering how do i pay for the things they are selling, how do i record what i have spent and bought?

Military;
How do i know what i have in my army and how do i tell other players?

To buy:

Post in the storefront asking for it, but make sure you check your defence budget (using http://www.sunsetrpg.com/nsxmlparser.php).

To keep track:

Just don't go over. You could keep track in a thread or on your own computer.

2- Military

Keep it in a thread or on your computer.

Tell:

Just tell them (OOC-ly) what you are attacking with.

The link doesn't work. You could also use NS Economy (http://nseconomy.thirdgeek.com/nseconomy.php?nation=). I don't think most people worry about this too much, myself included, but you probably shouldn't spend all your defence budget on hardware as some is needed for maintanance etc. Defence and Law and Order budgets are also semi-interchangeable. Hope this helps.
