I'm anti-war and that's basically the only thing I won't change. I'll quit the UN if you're anti-, I dont really participate in it anyway.

Well, the UCFN does do wars, and that may be a problem.
Try making your own region.
Also, if you dont participate in the UN, why are you in it??

Join liberalia. There are wars, but you only have to be in them if you are agressive. UN or non-UN nations are welcome.

The pace-loving, sovereign Kingdom of Bertling has decided that the region of East Pacific is too chaotic to ensure continued growth and stability. Therefore, by decree of our Most Just Ruler, His Royal Majesty, King Harald, the diplomatic corps has been instructed to seek an alliance with other, like-minded nations.
The Kingdom of Bertling is opposed to the oppressive nature of the behemoth UN. The notion of being bound by any non-Bertlingian law is unconstitutional and unthinkable. Nevertheless, we realize that safety and stability is not easily achieved alone.
We are prepared to offer the assistance of the R.B. Army should the safety of our future allies be at jeopardy.

The United Free Republics is a semi-active RP region, ranging from sports events, to, inevitably war, though this is usually kept to Civil War nowadays. However, we do not take RPing all that seriously, and keep a lot of humour in what we do.
All nations, UN or not, are welcome.
if i wasn't completely happy with my furry neighbors i'd help you form a new regeon that would be completely anti-war and focused on environmentaly sustainable infrastructure (it would also be a planet unto itself, with mostly ALTERNATIVE 'futur tek'. and to blazes with what 'the game' says about the economic implications of either.
i was thinking about doing that when i first rejoined after being out of it for a year do to problems i had with my old computer that i've now replaced.
the regeon i'm in is full of nonhuman critter sentients who would rather snuggle then make war on anybody, though we've been known lately to develop a taste for u.n. journalists, preferably with bar-b-q sauce.
nothing against the u.n. either. i was in it a year ago but haven't bothered to rejoin it since rejoining ns this past december.
anyway there are several furry regeons, ours, fur nation, is down to about 17 nations (from 21 when i joined, and i suspect those that left did so because we were too peaceful for them), but, and speakind only for cameroi, it really doesn't matter how large or small we get.
so if you're into snuggle piles and don't have too many 'hooman' hang ups, well i haven't consulted with anyone either, but they accepted me, so i guess it would probably be ok. just depends on how you feel about us critters.
although if you don't know what a furry is, you might want to find out furst.
the regeon leaders seem to actualy be scalies, but warm fuzzies are somewhat the majority.
