I am in the pacific and just began, but can my country grow in power, and how do I do that ( not by gaining other territories but just by playing )

Well, buy an army, increase population, get more money, go to a region (I suggest Square One)... there's lots to do. As for your army, I'll sell you my designs at half-price if you want. It's an assualt rifle, APC, and MBT.

It depends if you mean in roleplay power or in gameplay power...
Your nation will grow naturally in population, and if you consistently answer issues, your nation will grow to reflect that.
You can also get involved in regional politics and possibly gain power through that, but you'd need to pick a region and become part of it.
