Why? I'm starting to get the same issues, and it's just not fun anymore choosing from a few choices you already had before. I'm sure that once people have this happen to them too, most of them will feel like I do.

Well, you could always try for the crazy issues. Try to change your nation around completely and become a dictatorship or something. Or you could get involved in regional politics somewhere, invade, defend, write UN proposals, roleplay... There's a lot to do aside from the issues and the General forum. :)
Get involved in an offsite regional forum. Someone mentioned earlier today on the England regional forum that it's only that that has kept them interested in NationStates. Online games come in two parts - the game, and the community; the NationStates game is very basic, so you need to get involved in the community (either offsite, or in NSGeneral or the roleplay forums) to keep interested.
