I've managed to Outlaw both Civil and Political rights after six months, six grueling months of executing political activists, taking over all media agencies, and throwing political cartoonists in jail. This is a day of great pride for me. :)

Beware! Such wishy-washy liberalism will be your downfall! Allowing your populace to have any media outlets, however well-controlled! And leniently jailing cartoonists, probably without even removing their drawing hands! Whatever were you thinking of?
