I would like to know how to change my Nation's description. For instance, I want to know hopw to change "The Dictatorship of Zanrkand" into "The Screaming Monkeys of Zanrkand".

Apologies. You can. Go to your Nations home page, click Settings on the left of the screen. That'll give you the chance to change your Nations settings...

That will be possible when your nation reaches a population of 500 million (takes about 3 months, i beleive)
You can choose from a list under settings

Well, I think the prefix is too long, and you'd have to start a country named: 'hatred'

Only if you have the nation called hatred and it's over 500 million :p
below you can only pick from the list, after you can fill it in yourself.

Once your population hits 500 million you will be able to use a custom title like that.
Think of it as a priviledge granted for prolonged patronage.
