Go read the stickies on the forums for one thing. And follow the steps on moving your nation to a new one on your nation page - it's pretty simple. Just make a new one, and put whatever controls or lack of you want on it. Not a difficult process, all pretty self-explanatory as you go along.

Thanks but, I know how to move to a NEW region but I dont see how I can start my own? please help :fluffle:

If you know how to move to a region, then how on earth did you miss the "[Create a New Region]" link? :p
