I've made a couple bad calls and now political freedoms in my nation are down to Average. Any advice on what I can do to repair this?

If it means anything Civil Rights are Excellent. (BTW, tha's not as good as superb, right?)

I don't know much about civil rights, sorry.

However, the Political Freedoms rating should be easy to amp up with issues about elections, autonomy, and whatnot.

you've got basicly two choices; ride it out or start over. everything chainges anyway so no matter what you do you can't really count on any of your major peramiters staying any one way. i always end up ultimately crashing my economy. not intentialy, that's just the way this game treats my priorities. how realistic it is in doing so is anybody's guess and beyond my scope to debate (let's just say i have my reservations about any economic theory that begins and ends with itself and without taking into account the roll of environmental well being in more subtle social factors).

the game that is is the game that is. what i'd do differently (if it were my creation) maybe nobody would want to play if it was me and up to how i see things doing it. not that i'd loose any sleep over that either.

nor do i expect the creaters of this one to loose any sleep over how they've set it up either. partialy, or so i under stand, based on a certain author's concept of humor. which eludes me but to each their own.
