If two nations are created and both claim the same area of land on the earth what happens? Do they just ignore eachother and live out their lives in complete oblivion?

I think thats where the different "Earths" come in.
Like Earth II, Earth III, Earth IV, Earth V, Earth VII, Earth VII and so forth.

Is this about RP and the different Earths or about the NS Earth and RP maps??

Well I don't really know abou the different "earths." I just mean what if someone makes a country based in Cuba and then someone else starts a country that's in Cuba. I assume they just ignore eachother?
They can do wahtever they want. People pay little attention to such things here.

since I play a FT non-human race, I just assume any conflicting territory clams are due to hyperdrive errors precipitating the involved ships into another dimension.
occasionally I'll even get others to RP on Universal Terra Wasteland. (my FT post-apoclyptic earth, mostly devoid of life in the conventional sense of the word.)
