Well, I do want to join a region then! Not the Pacifics though! Please someone suggest a place where i can grow and relearn the ways!

leaders are like fleas, or rain on parade day, except when they cause to be built and maintained, tangable infrastructure that is actualy useful, to survival and/or the gratification of creating and exploring. otherwise i can see no good reason ever to tolerate them.
