Hi: New here also. How do I find out the results of issues after all nations have accepted positions? Thanks....

Assuming I read that right...
Each nation gets different issues. The results will show up on the description of your nation on your nation's main page, and in changes to the Economic Strength, Civil Rights and Political Freedom description for your nation. This stuff changes at the next update after you answer the issues. I think there are two of those a day, but I'm not 100% sure about that and I don't know when the updates are.
