How do I start my own region?
Put this thread in the Gameplay forum... you will get more responses there (as it is not technically supposed to be in this forum)

Click the "Tired of life in Northern Westview? Then move to a new region!" link that will be on your region's page. Then click the create your own region link.
On the other hand... your region shows you creating your own region at the same time you wrote this post, so you may have figured it out. :p

Haha, ya I figured it out, thanks. But, now I have a new question, how do I become my regions UN delegate?

You need at least one other person with a UN nation in your region, and then they can endorse you. At the following update, you'd become delegate
