What is the best way to create a Fact book for my nation?

Just start a thread (typically in the "International Incidents" forum). If you want something to model it on, check out the CIA World Factbook (http://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/geos/us.html) for an idea of what to put in your factbook. Obviously, it doesn't have to be that extensive, but just make it what you want it to be. Oh, and be sure to format it and make sure everything looks nice. A factbook is a professional publication from your nation's government, after all. ;)
