Ok! The kind of region I want is:

a) A fairly small one (under 100 nations);

b) A region with some MT or PMT RPers (preferably some who can help explain some of the stuff to me, because I'm kind of new at this...);

c) A region with an active forum, where the abovementioned RPing goes on;

d) Preferably a region with at least a few liberal bastions of freedom and democracy. It would be nice not to be the only democratic nation amongst hordes of dictatorships.

For any suggestions, just TG me or post in this thread, although I don't visit the NS forums very often.

Additional note: We ONLY ALLOW ACTIVE NATIONS! We dont tolerate nations that are inactive, which is why we are somewhat smaller than other regions (because inactive nations are ejected) and if you plan on joining us, you plan on playing with us or at least being active on the forum in some way!

HELLO! You are screaming about THE HONOR GUARD!

A) We are pretty small but our activity makes up for it by far!
B) Our Official Rules state only Modern Tech allowed. And we have a great community that will warmly help you get into RPing!
C) Our Forum is http://s13.invisionfree.com/The_Honor_Guard/ And its very active, I (the Moderator) have to check it almost every day or I get a lot to read!
D) We have a great mix of Democratic and Dictatorship nations here. In fact, many are democratic (some very much socialist) and a few dictatorships to make RPing interesting!

Seriously, you are looking for "The Honor Guard" in every way IMHO. Come check us out and if you have any problems or questions whatsoever dont hesitate to give me a TG! I hope to see you in our region RPing with us soon!

While we have more than 100 nations, less than that RP, so you won't feel overwhelmed. You are welcome to join us in Liberalia.

We just formed the New Systems Commonwealth, so join up and maybe have a say in the new government.
