Does anyone know any store fronts that offer a package deal or a kit deal? I have no clue on what to buy and how to form my militatry.

Well pretty much all of them do. I think it's more fun to shop around. You don't have to form a military, only if you want to. No one will attack you if you don't want to RP a war with them. But if you do, go here: http://www.sunsetrpg.com/nsxmlparser.php
type your nation name in the box and press enter (not the whole title the short one) and it should tell you how much you have to spend. Look for where it says defence and that's your military budget. Now shop, buy a package, have fun!
