Does your region or organization use an Invisionfree Forum? Do you want to be able to better advertize your region and get more members?

Invisionfree has a service called their "Board Directory", which provides a list of many of their forums, sorted by different categories. The problem with this is that there isn't really any one category NationStates fits in. There's "Gaming", "RPG", "Debate & Discussion", "News & Politics"... I'm guessing most people have theirs in Gaming or RPG, but it's possible Invisionfree could make a category just for this game.

I have suggested to IF that they make a NationStates sub-category under RPG. If this happens, all NationStates-related forums will be able to be grouped in that category, providing an all-inclusive list of every region and organization in the game. It would be far easier for new players to find regions, and you would hopefully never lose the address to a forum you use.

But they're not going to make this category just because I think it's a good idea. So I need your help.

If your region or multi-national organization uses an Invisionfree forum that has at least 1,000 posts and at least 30 members, PLEASE telegram me the address to your forum. This address will be forwarded to Invisionfree Support, as proof that there are many forums dedicated to this game.

I assure you all that the only thing I am going to do with your forum's address is post it on IF Support. If you really don't feel comfortable giving it to me for whatever reason, then post it at IF yourself and save me the trouble :D . Either way, any support for this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks very much to all who submitted their forums and posted their support. With almost 50 forums on the petition, your contributions greatly helped NationStates get a spot in the list. :D

I will post here as soon as I hear when the new categories are supposed to be added, with directions on how to get your board into the list. Thanks again to all who helped!

It's supposed to go into effect with the next Invisionfree upgrade, which is due sometime this spring. I don't believe there's been an exact date set for when they would upgrade, but it's supposed to be happening soonish....

I'd like to ad the ADS at http://z7.invisionfree.com/The_ADS/index.php? only 22 members at the moment, and 308 post, but that will have changed by the time this is posted.
