I am looking for an active region that has an active government I can take part and grow in. It's also a plus if the regional government has political parties to take part in as well. Any referals are much appreciated.

I'll make the plug for The Honor Guard, but we are geared far more toward Roleplay, and a rule is that you remain active.

My home region of Nasicournia is extremely active (one of the most active in NS in fact), though our friends of the region Liberalia also have active political parties and may therefore be more what you're looking for. :)

Hiya

I am from the UNFR, we have an active core of 6 and would greatly appreciate more, we have a multi-party assembly (Senate), a prime minister and a consitutional monarch, all of whom are regulated by the constitution. Please feel free to check us out.

Liberalia. We have 100+ in the region and 80+ on the forums. We are active always.

Well, I may as well place an advert whilst I am here :P

I'd recommend my region, Europa (of course). We've got an active corps of 10+ nations, and would definately be looking for more. We've just had an election for our senate, and will be shortly doing one for ministers. We only just have had a new constitution, after the old one was deleted by accident. We have also recovered from a crippling summer and autumn, when we nose-dived from 250-odd to a low of 200. We're now up to 270-odd, but not many of these are active.

So, to sum it up, if you're willing to make the move and become an active member in our region, you'd be incredibly welcome. Roleplaying is a big part of the region, but it isn't necessary to do.

I suggest Hyrule. We may not have political parties - not yet, anyway - we do have a regional government you can, indeed, take part and grow in. Called the House of Members (http://manetheran.proboards30.com/index.cgi?board=memberhouse), you may take part in the discussions going on there - or, propose something new entirely. You may also join the ambassador team and represent Hyrule diplomatically, or recruit and help build the region.

Other things you can do in the region are RolePlay (our RP section is now active!), cast your vote on our region's voting for the UN resolution (which determines what I vote), or just sit back and talk with others. We're also one of the more active regions in NationStates.

So, if you would be willing to become an active member of the community, you would be welcome to join the region. :D

My friend if its an active region you're looking for look no further. The Collective of Johandion is always willing to accept new members. We are extremely active in the Forum and UN. Please don't pass up this oppurtunity.

The UN alliance would like you to join our region as a soon to be or current UN member. We are the only UN member only region that we know of. We hope for you to join. You can choose to be active or not and we are creating a true government with region seats. You are welcome to join as long as you are or becoming a UN member.
