Initation Details (who's allowed in, who is not, how do you become one?)
To be a Memeber of the Order you have to have to be very knowledgeable in Polotics, Social Sciences, Philopsphy, Psychology, Theology, and the nation's founder. You have to renounce all greed, (so it's perfered if you are not a Business person, and have a lot of money) All members are hand picked.

First: the Recommendation.

When members become to old to maintain their membership, they must recommend someone to fill there place. The person that is brought in is blind folded, and temporary dazed, and fooled into thinking he's thousands of miles away. (when really he/she is just in the Parliment's Basment) They are put through intense scrutiney. They are asked questins after question about every subject stated above (what are the common belifes of Islam, what is the World Poverty Rate, what country was Yasashii born in? etc.)

Second: The Test

A large, and very difficult test is given to them. It's about 100 questions, including 4 Essay Questions. The higher the score the better. No lower than a 80% is tolerated. After that, the person is released back into the normal world. But the test isn't over. Several traps have been planted. If the person is a Goverment Agent, attempts to bribe will come up, attepts to do several things will. The person won't even know he/she's being tested. If all bribes and other tricks are refused, the person is brought back.

Third: The Oath

If the council decides unaminoulsy that the person is worthy for the Order, he/she will be brought back and sworn in. The Oath was written by Yasashii Himura her self, and breaking it will result in harsh penalties, even death.
Even when you are a member you are never off the Radar scopes of the Order. You are always being watched by another member, and that other member is always being watched. There have never been cases of corruption inside the Order.
