Nearly all of them have some effect on the economy; the economy improving options are pretty easy to find, just look for the words 'CEO' or 'economic advisor' and that is the right option.

You chose the options that obviously improve them like the ones to ban privacy intrusion or too elect your judges or whatever. Or just look for the 'liberal rights activist' or 'equality rights member' or whatever.
