I have seen a number of states whose economies are describes as "frightening". I at first assumed this meant frighteningly deadful with rampant inflation, mass unemployment, but I've just seen a state with the word frightneing in the table but a rather positive description in the narrative.

Anyways, frightening is the best economy you can get, it is just total kick-ass.
