Wouldn't the game be more interesting if our currency meant something? Maybe we would have to buy our land or pay our national executives. We could make a monthly profit for leading our country. reply and tell me what you tink!!!:sniper:

It's really more of an economical issue than a game mechanics thing. The Mods and admins would have to spend countless days and weeks rewriting code, it would cost Mr. Barry, the guy who runs this site, untold numbers of Australian dollars, and the server throws too many daatabase errors as it is, complicating the code would only make it worse. Upgrading the server would be too expensive.

Besides, it would make the game too complicated for those who just like to RP (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Roleplay). Speaking of which, there are several online calculators (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Calculator) to help you figure out how much money your nation has, and by extension, what you can RP as having without being accused of godmoding (http://ns.goobergunch.net./wiki/index.php/Godmode).

Long story short, you might make a monthly profit for your nation, but Mr. Barry would be taking a monthly loss for his wallet.

Plus, that would make it into a militaristic money game. ;)
