I moved my gambling-mad country to the Las Vegas region where there are only 5 other countries (most of which seem inactive). As I am the only UN member in the region shouldn't I get access to a control panel or something?

No. You need 2 UN members: one to endorse you. Without endorsements, you can't become delegate. In any case, the founder hasn't allowed delegate access to RC, so even if you became delegate, you won't be able to do anything.

Except for approve proposals.

Thanks for the info. The founder appears to be inactive on this site, is there anything that can be done about this or am I better off moving to or starting a new region?

Unless you like being in an inactive region, I think you are better off moving someplace else.
