OK, folks, here's the thing:
I lack any useful artistic talent. I have to resort to using other people's stuff on the Internet. I alter images in Paint like nobody's business. My national flag is a prime example of outright copyright infringement.
So, I need someone who can design a few national seals for me, something like these:

Are you looking for a special symbol, or group of symbols? Any specific colors for the background and symbols? Any specific pattern? I can give a shot at this.

National Seal
My national flag (http://www.nationstates.net/images/flags/uploads/omigodtheykilledkenny.jpg), but in circular shape, with a simple, thin, black border (no text) -- but Kenny should be clutching arrows in his left hand and an olive branch in his right (number of arrows or olive leaves doesn't matter).
Presidential Seal
Same thing, but a thicker border in gold, bearing the words "SEAL of the PRESIDENT of the FEDERAL REPUBLIC" (black text). (Similar to border on the U.S. presidential seal (http://www.politicalinformation.net/encyclopedia/USPresidentialSeal.jpg)).
State Department Seal
Same thing, but instead of arrows and olive branch, Kenny should be holding a globe. Thicker border like presidential seal, but in black, with the words "DEPARTMENT of STATE" along the top and "FEDERAL REPUBLIC of OMIGODTHEYKILLEDKENNY" along the bottom (light gray text). (Similar to border on U.S. State Department seal (http://www.govtilr.org/ILR/state_seal.jpg)).
If you could accomplish this, that would be great. Sorry for not responding sooner; the new post didn't show up in my subsciption folder for some reason.

This might take me a while; I have to talk to Pacitalia sometime today about wrapping the text around - I can do it by arching it, but it would mean that I would have complete the text seperately and then align it; there might be an easier way.
