Hey there...

I only ever came across region ads, but I'm going to do it the other way around. I'm worth it. :D

Jokes aside...I've been on NS for a while, although I never role-played. I wanna try it though, and I had a number of ideas for what my nation would look like in reality.
Unfortunately there was an incident a while ago that led to my original nation ("Leonstein") being deleted, and so I started a new one ("Neu Leonstein"). The two nations are the same thing though.

My nation is committed to peace and liberty - but if need be it will send peacekeepers or even peacemakers (not the missiles :p ) to help people in need. For that purpose I'm planning on a mobile military, with a small defensive force and a modern and powerful Rapid Response Force. Since I don't know how the military really works on NS, I haven't taken any steps regarding this yet though.

So if you have a region in which progressive policies are welcome, in which both personal freedom and peaceful coexistence and a bit of idealism come together, and you don't mind explaining a few things to a newbie - send me a telegram.

PS: I'd be willing to join the UN if that is required, and I'm trying to raise my military expenditure a bit, but the relevant issues haven't come up in a while.

Well... if you haven't already decided, we'd love to have you in Liberalia
We're experienceing considerable growth at the moment. The region was started as a reaction to a dictatorship assuming power in another region. The deomcratic members of that region left and formed Liberalia.
We've got an active new RP section and elections are on the 28th if you are interested. We do not have an "army" as such, but we do have the Liberalia Defence Force, which is a group of UN nations who voluntarily sign up to defend the reagion, should torubel arise. However, we don't mind if you are UN or not. Their flag has a dove on it... or something like that...
We've got plenty of idealism and we're currently exploring a new constitution and whether or not to have an executive branch of government. You're very welcome and we'd be really honoured to have you.
