IS it possible for a group of friends to create there own region, so we could all be in it togeather, possibly password protect it or invite only? i still curently havent picked a region and am wondering if i can create one for myself?

Of course you can create your own region and password protect it just for your friends.

I have a puppet nation in a region inhabited by my self, my cousin, my brother, my classmate, and my neighbor. It's not password protected, but it might as well be, because nobody else is aware of it.
