WHEREAS the region of the Pacific was effectively griefed in August 2003,
WHEREAS the New Pacific Order was established following that event,
WHEREAS the so-called People's Republic of the Pacific was established as a successor to the New Pacific Order following the departure of Francos Spain,
WHEREAS a Pacific Army was established under the most recent legitimate government of the Pacific,
WHEREAS the Pacific Army was recently re-established under Talkos, a native and exile from the Pacific,
WHEREAS the region of Nasicournia recently established an embassy with the Pacific Army,
WHEREAS the People's Republic of the Pacific, following the establishment of this embassy, released a statement deeming Nasicournia an Enemy State,
WHEREAS in our statement of resignation as Alliance Defense Network Deputy Secretary of State, we claimed that "the epic battles of the past seem to belong to just that, the past", and this statement appears to be inaccurate in light of current events,
THEREFORE, THE HIGH COUNCIL, ON BEHALF OF THE LIBERAL UNITARY REPUBLIC OF GOOBERGUNCHIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
That the Liberal Unitary Republic reaffirms its previous statements relating to the region of the Pacific, the New Pacific Order, and the People's Republic of the Pacific,
That a state of war exists, and has existed, between the Liberal Unitary Republic and the People's Republic of the Pacific,
That the Liberal Unitary Republic supports the Announcement from Nasicournia released in response to the declaration of the People's Republic of the Pacific,
And that the Liberal Unitary Republic will defend its allies against any attacks from forces aligned with the People's Republic of the Pacific.
