I have a few questions first can you attack other nations? 2. if so how? 3. is it possible to pass the legislation to an issue immediatly?

3: if i read that properly, every issue you pass takes 1 update to happen. (2 updates a day)
1: you could always join invaders where you invade other regions. Just type in 'invaders' (minus the ') in the world and join up today!
