Ok, ok, i know that you aren't supposed to advertise your region in a player-created region, so what are the ones where regional advertising is legal? I know that the north/south/east/west pacific and the rejected realms are ok, but is that it? There must be more!
I could be way off here, but I belive the ones you listed are the only ones.

You can also advertise in warzones and the region SPAM (as far as I know). Otherwise, don't.
Don't take my word for it either. Wait for a mod or at least someone more experienced with NS...
I'm pretty sure you can advertise in the regions you listed, warzones, and any region where the founder has explicitly declared that ads are allowed.

Advertising in warzones is stupid and pointless; legal, but an even bigger waste of time than advertising in the other regions. The other allowed regions are:
The North Pacific
The South Pacific
The East Pacific
The West Pacific
The Pacific
The Rejected Realms
Lazarus
...and any region where the Founder says it's okay. Delegates don't have the authority to give permission. Also, do note that "The North Pacific" is not the same as "North Pacific".
