amount of members... who cares about how many members, quality is more important than quantity. Also frachising is to regions as enslavement is to people, and endorsements don't matter if you are taking on the UN from the OUTSIDE.

I have to say I wonder why the region has so many, I mean isn't it obvious to all the nations in these regions that the anti U.N stance is just a clever recruiting method and the FB entry 'All nations are urged to join the UN in order to fight the beast we must get close to him' is just a way to get the Delegate's endorsements up?

Exactly joining the U.N to destroy it, is impossible simply by the mechanics of the game. They can't block U.N resolutions either because they don't have the number of endorsements, even with their 'franchises'.

If you don't like the UN, just don't join it. Then it can't do anything to you.

I used to be in the UN but I left for sovereignty reasons. I don't want to join an anti-UN alliance for that same reason, although I don't like the UN possibility of right-wingers forcing morals on our nation. *OOC: I hate the RL UN, but that is going off-topic*

sooo. thats just a joke option. Usually the joke option is "myrth", but I decided to make it more original and called it "cheese"

I just voted, and I've got to say that I dislike the UN. I have two nations in-game and joined one up immediately. Unfortunately, the choices I was making in the issues mirrored a large number of UN resolutions and resulted in a very unstable economy (fair one day, basket case the next, average the day after that). Once i removed the nation from the UN the economy stabilised and has been much easier to monitor. OK, so I still bumble along at between fair and weak :rolleyes: - but at least that's MY choice and I can at least see the consequences of my attempts to rule my nation.

The world contains 116,278 nations


going by that, the UN only affects 1/4 of NS nations....

if you are not in it, it wont effect you....

if you are in it, and a member of gatesville, which means you are 1 of 1,478, you wont have much of an impact UN wise.

if you are not a member of gatesville, you will have even less of a chance....

You have just 7 members, there are three anti-UN regions with over 100 member (The New Meritocracy 103, Lesser Antilles 129 and Gatesville 936!), each with differing views. So no matter how you wish to fight the UN, there is an alternative for you.

Shazbotdom, we don't want to attack UN nations, just the UN itself or then we won't be protecting Nation Soverignty or ridding corruption - or the UCFN would just have been labeled warlords and warmongers, than coalition forces of freedom, from the entire begginind. And by the way, everyone, can you think of another coalition that tries to destroy corruption?

I think its perfectly acceptable to question a region's politics on a recruiting thread. If the author of the thread asked us not to post then we wouldn't (or at least I wouldn't).

No, Helghan. To join the UN, you move to the region UCFN. If you are taking part in its operations, but you are in a different region, you are an ambassador to the UCFN.
