Hello to the world from the Free Land of Smugglers and Fences. I've just started and I was wondering how one would go about calculating military size and technological advancements? Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this question but it looked like a good place for it.

The Free Land of Smugglers and Fences
Go outside and make a mark with black paint on a tree, about 2 meters up from the ground.
Now, within 60 seconds, see how many times you can roundhouse kick the black mark. That's your base military strength.
If you can kick the tree down in that time (only trees more than 1/3 meter in diameter count), you get nuclear weapons in the game.

Ok sorry about this next question, but... How do I use/install, NSeconomy, becouse all it did was unzip into a bunch of non-install files and readable info(which has yet to tell me how to use these files). Does the program run off the internet or my computer?
