I think it would be a good idea if we could pass resolutions removing/banning a country from the UN. This would be done for misbehaving delegates, etc. What do you think?

I think that this won't happen, the Rules for UN Proposals (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=420465) clearly state that proposals cannot target specific nations and/or regions, besides if a nation breaks the the UN's rules the mods kick them out anyway.
