Whats the best way to get nations to join your region? I just created the Celtic Confederacy region, and I'm hoping to get others to join it.

have a lot of friends....
Recruit in all five Pacifics, the Rejected Realms and Lazarus by message board and possibly TGing newborn nations. What also helps is multiple consistent top ten nations *coughWysteriacough*

Actually, you can't recruit in player-created regions...
