Why catalogue it? Curiosity. His/Her own, and that of others. Personally, I find it interesting, the survey part of it. And many people's Nationstates theocracies; theirs are affilated with religion.

I personally do not care what faith anyone is. It just leads to conflict.

Why? So that Christian nations who are looking for a region have a place where they can get all the information at once, and make a decision based on criteria they are looking for.

I, myself, ended up traversing many regions looking for a particular kind of Christian community. I got kicked out of one for asking how many UN members they had. I got kicked out of another one for posting quotes from something other than the Bible.

So i started researching for Christian regions, and i thought the information might be useful for others as well.

Besides, I was curious just how many there were and whether there are more than 5 Christians in Nationstates, or if they are all puppets of the same few nations. Apparently, there are more than 60 unique christian players, according to UN memberships.

There's a lot of choices for those players, though, with so many christian regions. The fourteen regions listed are NOT all of them. Still awaiting more responses.

Well the region I'm in isn't christian as such, but we hold Christian values close to us...

I am happy to provide this service. I think its time that NS Christians get together into communities. Too often the infighting among the Christian sects drives them apart into small factions. I wish to encourage cooperation and community.

When I began this catalog, I listed regions with single nations. I no longer will do this, as the intention of the catalog is to help Christians find communities. This catalog is not for the glorification of rogue, disgruntled Christian nations who want to see their name in lights and think they can do it by creating a single-nation region.

Show me a region where two or three have gathered in His name, and I'll show you a catalog entry for them.

I would like to reiterate that I intend to expand the catalog to include other religions. Muslim regions, Hindu regions, Jewish regions, etc. SEND IN YOUR INFORMATION

Right now the listing is all Christian regions, but the list is being expanded to encompass other world religions. When submissions for non-Christian religions come in, I will change the title of the Catalog(s) accordingly.
