I prefer to have a region that wouldnt mind a nation that has its base for law around pretty much around the Patriot Act. I would love to be in a region that roleplays and is looking for Law Enforcement/Defense positions available. I am a big fan of the TV series Threat Matrix. But I however am a Federal and State Law Enforcement. FBI/NSA/CIA/Police is a big part of my nation. :)

Come to Random Region of Nationstates there are only 4 of us but we are growing and i think two nations (including me) have no crime at all because of our police force in our nations and as well we will have positions in our region when we recruit more people!!!:D

I advise you not to move to 'Alfalfa Growers United'.
