Which is the Best Pacific?

I did this a long time ago and I'm not sure what the final answer was but after a long discussion I think we decided it was either the South of the Pacific.
So I was wondering what the reponse was now since things have changed so much since then.

I would have said the south but I think all the pacifics are a bit characterless.

Yes but its fairly popular with the members now because most of them are quite new to the game.
