I need to point out the hilarity of a situation i have (thought it may only be witty to me)
My national animal is the mexican
I.E. the mexicans are dying out due to deforestation
Now, i personally have no racist or ethnically challenged ideas, yet i seem to be getting a lot of hate mail due to the fact that my nation is killing off the mexicans.
Should i give in to the replies of about a hundred angry foreigners or stick to the original idea that struck me as funny in the creation of my nation?:confused:

One of the smaller nations in Tera Nova has "The stupid little boy" as their national animal. Gonna be intersting to see if they become the favorite dish!

My nation's animal is the Party Animal. Recently the beef industry was looking to increase their profits by putting the party animal on the menu! that is absurd! The part animal is a major tourist attraction! Tourism is the backbone of my nation's economy! The party animal is sacred to my people, in fact I keep several party animals at the royal palace!

I was getting really freaked out when I was reading this issue... then I remembered that Humans are my national animal :-P

our animal is the Tree Hating octopus, which frolics freely in out many lush forests.

Our currency is the large gold brick note the large, as opposed to medium, small and kiddie gold bricks. Much hilarity here, as people ask in my issues "what's a few large gold bricks to most people?"

Edit: Oh, there is a cannibalism issue! it's good. Kentucky fried dropouts! or how about a macChav meal? with burberry shake?

well see when you start talking about currency, then it gets better. My currency is the human soul, so while the mexicans are all dying due to deforestation, taxpayers are paying for it with the human souls out of their own pockets. I can only imagine that the ensuing hilarity will get better, as more and more people respond with their currency and national animal. Now not only is my country racist, but it seems demonic as well (I.E. now not only are mexicans trying to bomb my house, but hardcore religious fanatics are sniping me from their windows as well)

I think I will change my currency, but still use the Guin in RP. One of my pupets uses the beer and it's animal is the man-eating polar bear.
My currency is now the dance and my national animal is the lumberjack (subject to change) who frolics in the forests.

My nation's animal is the Dead Deer, which is on the verge of extinction. There wont be any dead deer left in the country unless I stop deforestisation, all of the deer will be alive, and we all know what a tragedy that would be.
