How does one put there country in anarchy as a UN catagory? i am currently a corporate state but i want to pass issues that put me into anarchy so i can play it out. any sugestions?

To get to anarchy, you need to get high freedoms in all three categories. So, basically, you need to let your people do everything. Legalise drugs, allow minority parties to run, let corporations dump toxic waste...government size doesn't seem to matter. Just answer issues in a way that legalises everything, and gives the most freedom.
