Because it's relating to flag/map/type issues, which are often asked about in the General forum. Hosting images isn't NS-specific, so it's not Tech, but it is here in an NS context, so it's not General. And I think his question's been answered.

The Gameplay forum doesn't bar OOC discussion of RP-related matter. For example, NSTracker is RP-related...but was moved here by a mod. Things like map design usually go in Gameplay, such as the Gondeau-Skahro Map Service.
Anyway UTC, maybe I'm wrong. But he's been answered, and has said so, and we can probably let it rest there.
