I just came to NationStates and I made a new region with one my friends. So I took a look at some other regions and It had a list of the healthiest nations in the region. I was wondering how do you get the UN to do that with your region or nation.

The UN automatically ranks all of the nations in the world, and in regions, each and every day, with a different ranking according to your nation criteria. For example, tomorrow it might list the smartest citizens in @@REGION@@, or the largest automobile manufacturing industries... You don't actually have to do anything! :D

As the FAQ said (or something like that), "The UN produces two types of rankings each day: one for the world, and one for each region. Each one ranks all of the different nations in that category according to their national stats."

(What did the FAQ say again??? I don't remember. Well, nevermind. That's a pretty good summary, anyway.)

It does it automatically. However, it can only process new information every update. Your region was created since the last update (several hours ago), so the UN rankings won't show up until the next update, in the morning. But it will assemble it automatically. Anytime a new nation joins your region, they won't feature in your rankings until the next update as well.

And clearly it won't be Health: the ranking category changes every update. But don't worry, you will see it, just not yet.

EDIT: Czardas is right; we just happened to post at the same time. Also note the explanation of why it hasn't shown up for you yet.
