My region (the Yuan Confederacy) is interested in a long term alliance with more regions, especially econmically strong regions. We also propose that alliances formed would include discussion of UN resolutions in the game and whether to vote for or against a resolution, giving our alliance strong political and military power.

However, remember that I am democratic, and I will ask the other Havenites their opinion before I engage in any alliance.
