I am the only nation left in my region, and would like to join another. Groove-onia is over two years old and is quite well-developed.

I suggest that you join the region of Hyrule. We are a very developed region in NationStates, and we have much to offer nations that join:
-Do you want laid-back discussion? We're one of the more laid-back regions in NationStates, with discussion about almost everything.
-Do you want a posistion in the regional government? We offer that. Just nominate yourself, and you could be elected to that posistion!

Here in the Consortium, we've much like family. We're only about 20 members, Hamanistan comes and leaves and we have some influential nations here, so it's safe and welcoming.
While I am a big fan of Hyrule, and love Ness, I would suggest joining Allied States of EuroIslanders. Allied States of Euroislanders is the premier socialist region in NationStates today and the first direct democracy. We are one of the few true democracies in the game, held together by a strong sense of community between our active and sociable Comrades.
Allied States of Euroislanders has allies all across the NationStates world, and rated as 7th most influential in the world by a recent survey. In addition, we were one of the founding regions of the Red Liberty Alliance.

You are welcome to join Malibu Islands. We are an active region of some 50 nations, and are looking to grow all the time. We have forums with a government (with many positions in the Cabinet, Senate and Supreme Court currently open), constitution (half-written; help welcome), embassies (so Ambassadors are welcome too) and also fun sections, from games to RP. You can also claim some land, with most of the world still available.
If you don't mind a small and fairly active region, the 18-nation Athar might be the place for you. First of all, we have a regional forum where you can discuss things, RP, take part in the government, and discuss UN resolutions. If you're a UN member, there are presidential elections every two months, with another one coming up in November. In addition, you can contribute your voice to how the UN Delegate votes. Athar has a regional map which I have yet to make, because not enough people have stated their positions. In addition, you can have any government position you suggest will be necessary.
