Hello I And my People have made a new nation, The Peoples Republic of STANISLOV-TOSYA. We the people pf stanislov-tosya are a small populous from the former Soviet Union, we have been forgotten, as have most from past leaders. We have resided in Siberia for the longest time trying to survive and regain a firm grip, in hopes that we as people can make our own community thrive once more. Our main population mostly contains that of banished factory workers and farmers. Banished for nothing, but by paranoid accusations from our once idolized leaders. We as a people have achieved and gained control of a small plot of land kindly donated from allies we have met along the way. We in hope want to achieve to make more allies in our road to become our own country.

Yes As you can tell I love to write and want to get into this RP element of NS. If some one can direct me to instructions or something to help me out as I am new to this game.
I already have made my own Flag (http://img235.imageshack.us/img235/9099/stanislovtosya2yd.jpg )and subsided into a small region with a couple others new to the game. So if anyone can help me out, or point me in the right direction; that would be great.

This, Euro's 'Guide To NationStates' (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=357975) is, I believe, the best place to start. There are a number of useful threads in the two International Incidents threads.

If you want to find allies, then writing a 'STANISLOV-TOSYA seeks allies' thread in one of the RP forums, NS or II, might be a good start. Often a good way in is to create an Embassy Exchange. Offer nations an embassy in your capital/major city in return for one in their country. You can usually build up a few contacts that way.
