Attention all Budding Rogue Psychopaths of the NS World!! We are alarmed that so many of you still have not taken advantage of the natural isolation from the international community (and the tyrannical United Nations) that our region provides. You will find that settling in an unbearable frozen wasteland, upon which we have crafted a veritable commercial paradise of ice metropolises, glacial seaports and greedy mining enterprises, will give you all the privacy you need to do whatever you please without crybaby environmentalists and "human rights" activists breathing down your neck.
You wanna draft your native penguins into military service? Go right ahead. We all do it. Our penguins are loyal, territorial and require little discipline; they make excellent warriors. You wanna develop dangerous experimental weapons that could annihilate large portions of the planet? Fine with us. You wanna sell these weapons on the black market? We didn't see nothin'. You wanna climb the highest mountain and give the whole world the finger? Meh.
You wanna remain a silly "democracy," join the United Nations and fight for "human rights" and the environment? Doesn't bother us, as long as you don't mind having a bunch of maniacs for neighbors. Do ignore all the explosions, glowing clouds, metallic fumes and the occasional fit of maniacal laughter eminating from their borders. That's just "progress." Finally, you wanna be ruddy socialists or communists? No problem -- but we reserve the right to mock you.
