How do I make seperate pages on Wiki?
It's really confusing me.

Ok. Two ways:
1. Create a link. So, in a page on Yournation, add in a mention of "My leader is [[Bob]]. Then, Bob should appear in red. (If it doesn't, there's already a page named that.) Click on Bob, and it should give you a create page option. Click on it, type up about Bob, and save, and you should get a separate page about Bob. (The link will turn blue, and direct to the completed Bob page.)
2. Simply go to URL http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Bob (note: don't go this link, which is only an example!). But substitute in whatever you want to write about instead of Bob, in the URL for an existing page. You should equally get a create page option. Wash, rinse, repeat.
I think option 1 is preferred, technically, but sometimes I do option 2 if I'm not sure where I'll link it to.
There should be helpful things about this around NSWiki; if not, come onto irc, on the esper.net server, and enter the #nswiki channel, where the ops (and other regulars) may be able to give additional help.
