Well, you asked for it. The region is called Waynes World, here's the standard recruitment letter.
WAYNES WORLD! WAYNES WORLD! PARTY TIME! EXCELLENT!
If you recognize those words from the cult-classic “Wayne’s World,” chances are you’ll enjoy the properly named region “Waynes World.”
Waynes World is a...nice...place. I speak of it in such vague terms because Waynes World is a home for all types of UN categories. In addition, if you are an avid fan of Monty Python, Bill and Ted, Seinfeld, The Daily Show, or essentially just like comedy in general, then Waynes World is a utopia for you.
If you are into a more personalized NationStates, we not only have a website, but a forum as well. All voices will be heard, even if you’re so drunk you can hear the colors.
Waynes World is password protected, so telegram me back to get the password. Once you have the password and you want to join the most awesomely awesome righteous region EVER, click on “The World” link in your sidebar. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and type in “Waynes World” in the “Find a Region” box. Then, click the “Find a region” button, and you will be taken to the world of Wayne. Finally, click the “Move [your nation’s name] to Waynes World,” type in the password, and you’ll be on your way to a quite silly future.

However, if you are joining us move to UCFN refugee camp, a temporary region set up because we are refounding UCFN.
We are open to all political ideologies, as long as you oppose the UN.
We are also in the process of writing a regional constitution.

My suggestion would be to wait for the nations of the world to be classified by something your nation focuses on (like education, military, whatever; currently its liberalism) and then see the regions of the first few nations that are ranked high on the list. This is how I found my region...
