Hello Gondeau! So you’re looking for a region, eh? Well look no further because right now, you can join the Klatch! No tricks, frills, or gimmicks. You can airlift your nation over to the wonderfully bizarre region that is the Federated Klatchian coast! All at the click of a mouse!

OOC: We’re much more into the role playing side of things, not the “crash a region and take control of the delegate” style of play. Most of us are modern tech but we accept all kinds of tech levels.

I, Gondeau, have made several attempts to get an active region going, but thus far have failed, so I'm giving up on making and concentrating on participating. If there is any nation out there that:

*Wants nations
*Is very active in politics
*Wants a website


Then I want to join.
Forget websites! Forums are better.

I suggest Hyrule. There's numerous reasons why you should join, but I want to elabourate on the three points you suggested:

We want nations, of course, because every nation in our community can introduce something new.

We are active in politics, too, with our own House of Members, where membership is open to all citizens of Hyrule - you propose and debate on new laws governing the region, and cabinet elections every three months (July, October, January, April).

We are also active in UN affairs, where the delegate's vote is based on the opinions of the people - and Hyrule is one of the most powerful UN regions in the game.

We don't have a website (excluding a freewebs account where the map is hosted), and we would like an official one.

There's also many other reasons, too!
-Map where you get to draw in your own map space.
-Random, laid-back discussion.
-Nature reserve where you get to show your own national animal!

Anyway, I suggest UCFN, but it is anti-UN, and you have to go to UCFN Refugee Camp now, because the region is being refounded, but our offsite forum is world-class.

Wants nations

We have over 50 nations at present, but are going on a recruitment drive. We have an active delegate and founder, but some older nations are losing interest. Fresh blood is very much wanted.

Is very active in politics

We have just passed the first part of our Constitution. We now have:

- a Supreme Court (with around 5 Judges, but there is always space for more);
- a Senate (with around 10 Senators, but more are needed);
- a General Assembly (one nation, one vote).

In addition to this, there is the Cabinet, comprising:

President
Vice-President & Speaker of Senate
Secretary of State
Secretary of Foreign Affairs
Secretary of Recruitment
Secretary of Commerce
Press Secretary

Some further positions are unfilled.

Finally, we have many councils advising each secretary and reporting to the Senate - although most have not yet been set up. As such, we will need Ministers for:

- commerce;
- foreign relations;
- defence;
- commerce;
- membership.

Politics in Malibu Islands is based around 4 political parties: Republican, Democratic, Monarchist, and Socialist. They vary in strength and size, and membership of one is not obligatory.

Wants a website

Yes please! We believe having a decent website would definitely be a good step, but at present no one has had time to make one. We have a fairly active regional forum.

Notes

- We are active in UN affairs, but also contain many anti-UN nations.
- We are not politically aligned: all sorts are allowed.
- We also need members of the diplomatic corps, although we already have several embassies.
- We have a regional map based on Earth: currently, lots of land is still available, including USA, China, Russia, and so on.
- We are setting up a regional RP.

Please do consider coming to the Asian Continent (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/target=display_region/region=asian_continent). It is exceedingly active and any form of state government is welcome (Asia's a very diverse place, after all). We have our own offsite forum which pretty much counts as a website, and it comes complete with a regional map.

We are in desperate need of new nations, if we do not get enough we will not be that much of a great region.

Well, we have our World-Class Offsite forum (http://s13.invisionfree.com/UCFN_Headquarters/index.php?), which is our idea of a website, but we want to improve it.

Active in Politics
If you mean UN politics, then no, because we are anti-UN, but we have our own politics, often discussed on both the CHq and the offsite forum. Also, we are currently writing a constitution, so soon we will need nations to fill in positions in the regional council, which will start to exist after the constitution has been written.
